HAIR: Short and black, run through with streaks of silver. EYES: Sunken; greyish blue. SKIN: Weathered, roughly shaven. BEARING: Steady.
DISTINGUISHING FEATURES: Nothing particularly stands out about him.

Loghain is currently looking for ways to make himself useful to the Inquisition's forces in Kirkwall, while simultaneously stepping carefully around Alistair Theirin and Nathaniel Howe. 

In recent months, Loghain has taken on more responsibilities with the Grey Wardens posted in Kirkwall. Together with Alistair and Nathaniel Howe, he hopes to guide their small collection of would-be heroes towards a better future.

He divides his time between a small room within the Gallows, and a humble log cabin on Sundermount. Often seen in his company is a wolf-dog hybrid he fondly calls Primrose.


In General: He's Loghain Mac Tir. The name conveys plenty on its own.

In Ferelden:  You either love him or you hate him, depending on where you were during Ostagar. Loghain's soldiers remain loyal to him to an almost fanatical degree even today, while those whose actions he most devastated would still be glad to see his head on a pike.

In Orlais:  Among certain corners of Orlais, Loghain is likely still well known for his particular brand of guerrilla style warfare during the Orlesian occupation of Ferelden.

Among Grey Wardens:  Probably depends on who you ask, though in general I imagine opinion of him isn't very high.


The Wardens, redemption arcs, Loghain Mac Tir being bi as fuck for Maric Theirin, struggling to live life knowing nothing you do can ever make up for the harm you've caused, etc.
